岗位一:董事会办公室战略研究岗(1人)
Strategy Researcher
(一)工作职责
负责战略研究及相关宏观市场、资本市场和行业信息的搜集;
负责跟踪、研究竞争对手的战略举措;

(一)工作职责

岗位三:财务部报表管理岗(1人)
Consolidated Financial Statements Position
(一)工作职责
依据会计准则和公司会计制度规定,编制公司合并报表和内部管理报表,按要求向股东单位、外部机构报送、披露相关财务信息,为管理决策提供财务分析数据。审核、监督、指导下属公司的报表编制工作,及时处理报表编制中出现的问题;
跟踪会计准则最新变化,评估对公司的影响并提出专业建议,修订并完善公司的会计制度体系;
配合维护和完善财务信息系统,定期更新财务报表模板,优化报表编制流程,不断提高报表编制效率;
组织公司及各成员单位的年度财务决算及外部审计工作,并进行专业指导和协调,配合集团的外部审计工作;
参与财务管理,审定成员单位重大事项的会计处理,对公司重大投资项目提供财务、税务等方面专业建议;
完成领导交办的其他工作。
(二)任职要求
大学本科及以上学历,财经类专业,3年以上合并报表相关经验;

(一)Job Responsibilities:
Prepare group management and statutory financial statements on timely basis, be responsible for financial data and disclosure to stakeholders and external institutions as required for decision-making, supervise and review the preparation of the reports of subsidiaries.
Interpret and implement the latest PRC GAAP and provide timely professional support, revise and update corporate accounting policies.
Assist in maintaining financial information system, regularly update the financial statement template.
Organize corporation and subsidiary companies’ annual financial reporting and cooperate with external auditors about annual audit.
Participate in financial management, review subsidiary companies’ accounting treatment of major events, provide professional advice on financial and taxation for important investment projects of the company.

(二)Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and economics, minimum 3 years working experience in consolidation.

岗位四:财务部财务管理岗(2人)
Accountant-Financial Management Position
(一)工作职责
负责制定、修订公司的财务管理制度及相关规定办法,并督导下属公司实施;
负责编制公司月度、季度、年度财务分析和专题分析报告,负责财务管理专题研究,定期分析公司财务状况,提出存在问题及解决方案,供决策参考;
负责完善公司的财务模型,定期调整和修订财务滚动规划,督导下属公司完善财务模型。负责公司年度财务预算的编制和上报,监督控制预算执行情况,对预算执行情况进行分析,评价预算执行结果;
负责对接集团KPI指标设定及业绩考核,参与下属公司KPI指标设定及考核;

岗位五:财务部总账管理岗(3人)
General Ledger Management Position
工作职责
复核下属企业各类报表,保证其准确性与及时性;
完成公司的财务分析、运营和管理;
对分析数据的合理性以及准确性负责,提高分析数据的参考价值;
做好会计核算,及时提供真实的会计核算资料,组织经济活动分析,编写经济活动分析报告,提出改进意见和建议,为公司经营决策提供依据;

(二)任职要求
大学本科及以上学历,会计、财务管理相关专业优先;
同时具备会计师事务所和企业财务工作经历,6年以上工作经验;

岗位七:数字化管理部高级技术经理&技术副总监(1人)
Senior Technical Manager& Deputy Technical Director
(一)工作职责
参与技术项目的需求调研、评估,系统分析;
负责项目的架构设计、模块设计、核心开发和单元测试;
参与技术路线规划、主导重大项目的系统技术方案输出、方案优化、技术评审等;
对于项目中遇到的技术难题进行攻关并解决问题;

(二)任职要求
本科及以上学历,计算机、数学等相关专业毕业,5年以上相关工作经验,其中4年以上java研发岗位工作经验,2年以上架构、技术管理、产品设计等工作经验之一;

(一)工作职责
负责统筹公司应用系统需求调研、需求分析与业务方案的实现。
负责公司面向航运业务的产品设计、产品落地;
负责对接公司业务人员,分析业务人员提出的需求,根据需求提炼产品,并推进执行;

Senior Web R & D Engineer Position
(一)工作职责
负责制定前端开发规范,负责前端开发团队的技术产出沉淀,并不断优化规范的标准、文档建设等。
配合产品经理和UI设计师,分析并给出前端解决方案和效果实现;
与后台开发工程师协作,完成各种数据交互、动态信息展现和用户的互动;

(二)任职要求

岗位十一:法律合规及风险管理部法律合规岗(1人)
Legal & Compliance Counsel Position
(一)工作职责:
集团企业法律合规事务管理;
起草、审查中英文合同以及其他法律文件;
参与项目谈判、交易架构设计、提供法律意见、协调外部律师;
处理或协助处理公司以及下属公司的有关法律纠纷或案件;
为公司日常经营管理提供法律、合规意见;
跟踪、研究有关法律法规、国际公约、政策的制定和变化;
日常统计、分析和报告工作;
协助部门总经理或上级主管开展工作。
(二)任职要求:
全日制大学法学本科或以上学历,法律基本功扎实;具有中国法教育背景,兼具中国法以及普通法(或香港特别行政区法律)教育背景者优先;

具备中国或普通法国家(或地区)司法职业资格或律师资格;

Group Company related legal and compliance affairs management. 
Draft and review contracts and other legal documents in English or in Chinese.
Participate in project negotiation, transaction structure design, legal advices providing and lawyer coordination.
Handle and/or assist or coordinate the handling of litigation, arbitration or other legal claims for the company and/or its subsidiaries.
Provide legal and compliance advices on the company’s regular business and management.
Track research on relevant laws & regulations, international conventions and policies.

(二)Job Requirements:
Full-time bachelor degree or above in law with solid legal skills, with PRC law education background, combined PRC law and common law (or HKSAR law) education background preferred.
Professional knowledge in shipping and maritime law or career experience in shipping company will be an advantage.
Pass bar exam of PRC or possess other common law jurisdiction qualification.
Legal related working experience in reputable law firm, MNC or relevant industry.
