Through years of cooperation, both sides have established a stable and friendly partnership that builds on mutual trust and benefit. In response to the many challenges and the complex shipping market conditions created by the profound changes unseen in centuries compounded by the once-in-a-century pandemic, the two sides are feeling all the more compelled to set up a new type of long-term and stable strategic partnership based on cooperation and win-win mindset. This framework agreement is a concrete initiative to promote strategic cooperation between both sides at the group level, and also lays a solid foundation for the two sides to strengthen the synergy between international trade and shipping and improve their core competitiveness.
